By accessing and using Timers (timers.to), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

If you are using Timers on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Timers provides:

• Free time tracking and countdown tools
• Customizable timers for various life events and goals
• URL-based bookmark functionality for personalized timers
• Informative blog content about time management

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Timers for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

All content, features, and functionality of Timers - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design - are the exclusive property of Dominic Mueller / Timers and are protected by German and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

While Timers primarily operates without user accounts, any customizations you create (stored in URLs) remain your property. By creating and sharing bookmarked URLs, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process this data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not include sensitive, confidential, or personal information in counter titles or descriptions that you plan to share publicly.

Timers may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

Timers is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the results obtained from using the service

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Dominic Mueller / Timers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or unavailability
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Timers uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. This helps us maintain and improve the service. Regarding advertising:

• Google AdSense: We display ads through Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show personalized advertisements based on your interests and browsing history

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use Timers will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dominic Mueller, Timers, and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically the laws of North Rhine-Westphalia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cologne (Köln), Germany.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use TimeCounters after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
